Taqwa Vows Digital provides marketing and creative services for legitimate business activity. This policy applies to customers, users and campaigns managed through the platform.
Prohibited use
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
- Unsolicited bulk-email blasting, purchased-list blasting or deliberate evasion of unsubscribe requirements.
- Sending marketing email to suppressed recipients through our platform.
- Uploading malware, executable payloads or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass account, payment, file or administrative authorization controls.
- Using another person’s personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
Email responsibilities
Email campaigns sent through supported infrastructure must respect applicable consent, sender-identification, bounce, complaint, suppression and unsubscribe requirements. We may suspend activity that creates unacceptable deliverability or abuse risk.
Enforcement
We may refuse, pause or terminate services where activity violates this policy, provider rules or applicable law.
