Terms of Service

These terms apply to digital marketing and creative services provided by Taqwa Vows LLC under the Taqwa Vows Digital brand.
Project scope
Each project is based on the package, written quote, order details or other scope confirmed with the client. Deliverables, timing, revisions and required client inputs may differ by project.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide materials they are authorized to use, accurate instructions, timely approvals and lawful recipient/audience data. Clients may not use the service for unlawful spam, deceptive content or misuse of third-party information.
Payments
Prices and payment currency are displayed or confirmed before checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Work may be scheduled or started after required payment is confirmed.
Revisions and delivery
Included revisions and delivery formats are defined by the package or quote. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.
Availability and third parties
We may rely on hosting, email, payment and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
