How to verify a message
- Do not open unexpected attachments.
- Open a fresh browser tab and type services.forensimark.com yourself.
- Use our Company verification page to confirm the legal entity.
- If anything looks unusual, use the website contact form before signing in or paying.
What we will never ask for by email
- Your Google, PayPal, banking or email password.
- Remote access to your computer just to view an offer.
- Gift-card codes, cryptocurrency payments or security-code screenshots.
- Disabling browser, email or device security warnings.
Client portal
The client portal is served over HTTPS at portal.forensimark.com. Google sign-in uses Google Identity Services. We do not receive your Google password. Password-based accounts use server-side authentication and secure session cookies.
Payments
PayPal checkout is used for supported online payments. Authentication and sensitive PayPal credentials stay with PayPal; we do not ask you to email them to us.
Files and first contact
Our first sales contact does not require you to download executable software. If you receive an unexpected executable file or a request to install remote-access software claiming to be from us, verify it through this website before taking any action.
Report a suspicious message
Do not reply to the suspicious message. Instead, open this website independently and contact us through the contact form with the sender address and subject line.
